The Global Capital of World Peace

, currently the home of the Maharishi Purusha Program, is looking for a single male individual to oversee the
operations of its physical plant. Both the Global Capital of World Peace
SM
(GCWP) and the Maharishi Purusha Program (MPP) are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.
Reports To
Capital Director
Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the physical plant, including building maintenance, grounds, utilities, fire
safety system, vehicles, and equipment

Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and perform troubleshooting and general maintenance as
required
- Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers
Qualifications
- Work experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Willingness to learn in new technical areas
- Experience with contractors and overseeing staff is a plus
